ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ and 3i were winners of the ‘Mid-Market - Exits of the Year’ award in recognition of their combined efforts throughout the 3i's ownership of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, that culminated in the sale of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ to their current private equity sponsor, Bridgepoint in March 2016.Ìý

Since its formation in 2010 ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, together with the support of 3i, has substantially increased its technical capabilities, capacities & international footprint; tripled the size of its team of Engaged Experts and trebled its annual revenues, making it the fastest growing company in the global Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) market.

The judge’s selection criteria included outstanding origination, value creation during ownership and excellent deal execution. Ìý

This recognition comes on the back of a fantastic few days for ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ which was also recognized as one of Britain’s leading mid-market private companies in the Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table published on the 2nd of October.
