LONDON, UK - 7 February, 2017 - ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ continues to support the Transportation industry by investing in new, state-of-the art cleaning technology at its Wixom, MI laboratory.

The new cleanliness process subjects the samples to a spray in multiple directions, creating a customized cleaning process for components. This advanced cleaning methodology ensures particulate is removed from the sample and is analysed by a fully-automated microscope that can categorize particles by both size and type (metallic and non-metallic). ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Wixom has the ability to test components with particle count requirements to standards such as ISO 16232 and VDA 19.
