LONDON, UK – March 14, 2017 - Element has announced that it will bring its industry-leading Radio and CE Marking seminar series to the US, with two events being held in Maple Grove, Minnesota on 21 March and Irvine, California on 23 March.

With the imminent deadline for the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) fast approaching, these free seminars will cover the most important legislative changes in Radio, CE Marking and Safety testing, and discuss best approaches to achieve compliance.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s Engaged Experts, Dr. Simon Hindle, Steve Hayes and Greg Kiemel, will be on hand to address the major changes with the RED and CE Marking directives, give an update on 60601-1-2 4th edition, and an introduction to Product Safety Testing.

With ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s 2016 acquisition of Northwest EMC’s five premier EMC testing laboratories, the Group will soon be offering Product Safety Testing in the United States, complementing its extensive Product Safety Testing services in the UK.

This event will be of interest to blue chip manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers and distributors, who must all ensure that they are up to date with the latest legislation.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s seminar series, now in its 4th year, offers an unrivalled wealth of relevant technical content to the testing community. They act as a forum where specialists within the industry can update themselves with changing standards and regulations, and ensure legislative compliance is achievable. They also provide an opportunity for delegates to network with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s Engaged Experts, OEMs and their supply chain partners.

Advanced registration is required as spaces are limited. To find out more about the events and to register, please visit our Upcoming Events page.
